Fantastic care. Our cat needed emergency surgery same day and we felt very fortunate Mahalo was available when our regular vet was booked up for days. Julia was wonderful on the intake phone call and ensured all my worries were heard. Dr. JT saw my cat and was very professional and caring while we were very emotional. Phone call updates during his stay were so appreciated and let us know each step and what was going to happen. Cost fortunately was not a factor for us, but was explained and understood based on the treatment being provided. Discharge was also great. Front desk staff kept things light hearted, and the wonderful vet tech bringing Louie back to us and explaining everything (and even calling the vet and swapping out a pain medication for us last minute!) was so appreciated and we never felt rushed. They called to check in on him after his first night at home. And as a bonus, I even got a call a couple days later when they noticed I was overcharged for an exam and now have a credit on my account! Well done, Mahalo. Very affordable and thorough Veterinary care, and I would recommend and give credit to this team every time. JT, you're an amazing vet, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for bringing our Louie home!! He is doing great 💙 The genuine care the team has for our fur babies shows through everything they do.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. After a scary and emotional evening with our cat that was clearly in distress. Taking him to Mahalo was the best decision we could have made. Dr Bell, and Dr JT were amazing. Both clearly explained everything to us in a way that was compassionate and respectful. Even the ladies at the counter when I dropped him off were so kind and patient with me as I was a complete mess. After a long two days of tears and stress, I’m glad to say Benny is home and on the mend, and I honestly couldn’t be more thankful to the Mahalo team for everything they did for him. Benny thanks you too ❤️🩹
The staff are amazing from the admin, to the techs to Dr Bell .I felt like they really love animals and care about helping them feel better. I wish they could be my regular vet. The cost of the appointment and medications was way better than my normal vet clinic. Thank you for being so amazing. Everyone seemed like they truly cared about my dogs.
