After going through other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one — it seems like they treat customers this way regularly. Feels more like a scam than a trustworthy business. I had a disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a few gold pieces recently and noticed some issues with the quality once I got home. When I reached out, I was told it could easily be resolved, but during my visit back, the staff’s attitude was completely different. Instead of taking responsibility and helping, they became defensive and uncooperative. For a place selling high-value jewelry, I expected better customer service, transparency, and professionalism. Definitely won’t be returning.
