Complaint Against Nurse Practitioner Angela M. Pinheiro – Unethical and Fraudulent: This complaint is to against Nurse Practitioner Angela M. Pinheiro regarding an extremely disappointing and unethical experience I had at your facility. I scheduled an appointment with the expectation that my short-term disability paperwork could be signed, as I was explicitly informed beforehand that this service would be provided. However, upon arrival, Ms. Pinheiro made a show of asking me questions and going through a 20-minute consultation, only to then inform me that she could not sign the paperwork. This information was something she clearly knew in advance but chose to withhold, leading me to waste both my time and money. To add insult to injury, despite providing no actual service or resolution, Ms. Pinheiro still insisted on charging me, claiming that she had "provided a service." This is not just unethical but feels like a clear case of fraudulent billing. It is unacceptable for a medical professional to prioritize financial gain over patient care and honesty. The management was useless as well not being able to help the patient. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and urge others to avoid seeking care from this provider and your facility if these deceptive practices are tolerated. I request an immediate refund for the charges and expect accountability for this misconduct.

My Dr at mainline health is great, the practice…not so much! When I send a message to the Dr for a question or something I need, I only get a message from a nurse saying schedule an appointment! What’s the purpose of a portal to talk with your Dr if the nurses are told to intercept and tell you to schedule an appointment! Put a portal to message with the nurses if that’s what what you want, but if I send a message to my Dr I would like to have the conversation with my Dr.

Every doctor I've seen here has been lovely and the nurse practitioner is also a gem. The staff is pleasant and happy, a mark of a good office and well respected staff. They always get me in if it's important for a sick visit or injury and the wait is always reasonable. Usually in and out in anywhere around 1.5 hrs for simple visit.

I absolutely love Main Line HealthCare Family Medicine in Paoli. I've been going there for years and when my husband's PCP retired he moved over to the practice. The staff is welcoming, their patient portal is easy to access and navigate, and all the doctors are excellent at the practice. We've seen every doctor at some point and have been very happy with every interaction.
