Felix Kwan RMT is an outstanding massage therapist at Balanced Living. His massage therapy technique and knowledge of anatomy lead to a top-notch experience. I lean toward the “therapy” side of massage therapy and prefer an aggressive, harder touch that Felix provides. Not to say he only performs this type of massage, but that’s what I was looking for. Very professional, thorough, and focused. He also provided advice and take-away recommendations to improve my situation.

Came here for the first time and saw Jennifer. She was very thorough, used good pressure, and gave me helpful advice. Highly recommend. Update: Since Jennifer left, I’ve been going to Yvonne and she’s been super effective in helping me release and manage my neck/shoulder tension. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Balanced Living for number of years. People are nice and professional. Clinic is very clean with extra precautions for COVID, and I feel very safe during my massage sessions. Brian is the best massage therapist I had come across, he always finds my tense spots to work on and is a valuable help to my stress and mobility. Other therapists in this clinic are also very good, so if Brian is not available I would not hesitate to book an appointment with another therapist at Balanced Living.
