Throughout the entire process, their responses were consistently polite, clear and timely, which made everything smooth and reassuring. I am especially grateful that they took the initiative to personally follow up on the delivery date for the new chair. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I just got my Osaki Grand Duo 4D + 4D massage chair delivered, and I couldn't be more excited and happier! It surpasses all my expectations! I LOVE it !!! Daraius at Osaki Canada helped me out a great deal and was very informative and knowledgeable about the Osaki chairs. He answered all my questions and was patient with me when I was in the showroom testing out the chairs. I ended up buying the new Osaki Grand Duo that was just released. It is a beautiful massage chair with all the new technology, 4D+4D dual massage rollers, and sliding doors! The delivery guys were professional. They worked efficiently assembling it, and they knew what they were doing. They described how the chair operates and how the tablet works. Daraius was great - it took me a year to decide and there was never any pressure, just answers and information! I absolutely LOVE the chair. It is so good for people with chronic physical conditions! I also want to shout out to Jashan and the white glove delivery service team. They were so quick and polite. Jashan had to come for a service call and again was so polite and thoughtful, offered a temporary solution while he has ordered the needed part.
