Malcolm Dubbs III - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Malcom Dubbs insurance for along time. They have always been great and have been right on top of any problem I have had. I had to go to a different insurance for around 6 months due to too many wrecks and I have never experienced the confusion if having auto deduct payments with a business and have the issue of calling every month that my payment did not come out of my account!! Malcom and his staff are always on top of everything and I would recommend them to anyone!!

This office is absolutely miserable. I had to call several times to even get anyone to answer. Once they did answer, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The secretary put me on hold and transferred me to Malcolm while I was mid-sentence. Malcolm was equally as rude and continuously spoke over me. He definitely did not think what I was saying was as important as what he was saying. I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy.

I get the best service here and have for years! All I’ve ever done is walked in and everything was taken care of! Malcom has the best deal and can’t be beat for me! And he has the friendliest staff
