New client today . Sent pictures as per their request they messaged back that yes the stylist can do this and get you. Arrived before 2 left at 5 $175 for nothing what I asked for. The owner completely ignored me the only person trying to do anything was the receptionist. Went in for a biolage and left with black hair with a few yellow highlights and my hair falling out. Still no response from owner . Do not recommend! You would be better to go to the school picture of what I asked for and the rest of what I left with. To your response, my hair is curly and she brushed it out she never stated that she could not do it and I have updated a before picture that clearly shows I have curly hair not matted, your response was after you called and admitted that you would never let a client leave your salon with the mess your stylist created and you started that she was not an experienced stylist and that you would offer one of two solutions I could come back in and you would put me with an experienced stylist or if I removed my google review then you would refund clearly you have shown how you do business as the owner never reached out to me personally but had the time to leave a review that is untruthful and very unprofessional. I might add that you added the review response after I agreed to remove mine once you refunded again unprofessional.

I had the best experience at Mane Revival! Kylie did my extensions for Miss Kansas USA and absolutely nailed it – I couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out. She’s incredibly talented and made the whole process feel so seamless. Hope was also such a warm, welcoming presence every time I came in. The salon has such a cozy, high-end vibe – their gourmet coffee menu made me feel totally at home, and the snacks? So good. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The Mane Revival is such a beautiful salon. My lovely mother and I have been attending this luxury salon for quite a while now. Both of us have 22-inch hair extensions, custom colors, and amazing quality. I can honestly say the hospitality is like no other; they always make sure we are well taken care of with drinks and snacks. All the staff are so lovely. I look forward to my self-care days. I came upon this salon and never looked back.

My Experience at Mane Revival has been Nothing but the Best. My color has Always been spot on…I was so Nervous getting hair extensions installed Hope Brown put me at ease. She knows what she is talking about… I was So Beautiful when it was time to Leave. Almost 1year later I remain A Mane Revival Client and i just recently had Hope install Keratin Tip Extensions… I can hardly feel them. (Unless I run my finger close to my scalp) super light. And very little maintenance every 6months (unless an issue) My Natural Hair is Healthy and continues to grow well. The Extensions have Been a Game changer for me. I have grown my hair out several times on my own with some (WHAT WAS I THINKING HAIRCUTS) and it’s hard!!! I Encourage each and everyone to come on over to visit Hope and her Girls. You can’t put Price on YOUR BEAUTIFUL CROWN👸
