I'm not a new customer here, but today I had a horrible experience that leads me to change this barbershop. We are talking about a hairdresser named Julie, an absolutely incompetent, unprofessional, and ridiculously panicked person. I'm a man, and I wanted a regular short haircut, starting with a zero on the sides and a bit taken up. Julie, she struggled for 1 hour to do my fade correctly, in the end, she called another person for advice, that one explained it to her, and she said that she understood, she continued and I also started to explain her (cause I cut hair of my son)She wasn't able to do the fade and repeatedly saiyng: I donc have tools for that, she found another person, and that helped her by correcting the mistakes. She said that she will continue to use scissors, and she cut more than necessary, she had to redo the fade. It's been an hour and a half since she started, and she was still blaming me, because I didn't clarify at the reception which haircut I wanted. And she continues to say that she has 40 years of experience and has never done haircut like this before (I'll try to add a picture, with what I wanted). at one hour and 45 minutes, she said she had to go to eat, and told me to wait for another person to do my milling... She left, She just left me alone... In about 15 minutes another person approached and did what he could... but Julie, she cut me too much, and nothing could help anymore... Advice for Marcel Pelchat - hire responsible people, who will not blame the client for wanting a haircut that she is not capable to do. I shouldn't pay for this horrible job. Advice for Julie - after I told you that you have to do with zero, and if you knew that you are incompetent - then don't start work, and tell the reception to change the hairdresser. A horrible experience, which I have never had

I really loved the result I got cut today. It was exactly like I requested to thé coiffeur 🫶🫶. And the price is really really worth it . I recommend the most you guys to have a cut here
