The food is decently priced, most mains cost under £15. For this pricing, I was expecting the quality of meat to be a little lower, but the beef (on the Wok Fried Lemongrass Noodles) was really tender and well seasoned. And it was a great portion size too. We had a garlic prawn rice plate too (Com Tam) which again was well seasoned and really enjoyable. And the food came quickly. The menu isn’t super extensive (10 main options), I figure this is because they’ve just opened. But the selection on offer is very good and customisable (e.g. beef, prawns, chicken or tofu etc). 2 for 1 cocktails, even on a Saturday until 9pm, and the selection is varied (11 options). The bartender is great - the drinks were delicious and came out quickly. I can’t recall what time this started, but maybe around 8 or 9pm, a DJ turned up, and the atmosphere was great. His mixes were great, and the song selections were good. A mix of afrobeats, hip hop, 2000s R&B, a little dancehall and more. It wasn’t busy, as we went prior to the grand opening, and on the first day of food being served, but I can definitely see Hà Nội becoming a hotspot, as the food/drinks are good and the vibe is great. Overall, I’d highly recommend. And not including drinks, I’d estimate that you’d spend around £28pp, for a 3 course meal.

Really great place. The food was delicious, the Baby Squid Starter was the best squid I have ever eaten it melted in your mouth. Incredibly reasonably priced food it was £58 including tip for two starters, two mains, a pint and two halves of Asahi. Some wet wipes with the chicken wing starters would have been good and we did see some Siracha and soy sauce bottles on the side as we left, would have been great if they’d been brought over to the table but that’s the only thing we think could have been improved on. We’ll absolutely be back.
