I had an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience with Dr. Maria Flores at Maria de los Santos Express Care. Patients should be very cautious — my visit involved clear signs of medical negligence, falsified documentation, and unprofessional conduct. It’s deeply concerning that a provider who shows such disregard for patient well-being continues to hold a medical license. She does not act in the best interest of her patients, and my experience left me questioning the quality and ethics of care provided here. Proceed with caution

This is the worst clinic ever. I have never seen a clinic not care about there senior patience as this one. Just because you service low income patience does not mean you do not provide customer service. You call all day and no one picks up the phone. This clinic needs to be audited. I would give no stars.

Impossible to get an appointment. Staff does not care and is quite rude. Been waiting a month for a vaccine and instead of calling me in they handed out all the vaccines and have put me on a 2 month waiting list. I really tried to be patient as the director called me a month ago to explain the issues they are facing, but after another month, these people genuinely do not care. …..after posting this review I received a call to hurry up and rush in for the last dose they found laying around for me. It was actually insane. I couldn’t end up making the appointment since it was so last minute and forced.

THE WORST PRIMARY CARE EVER. They will have you call for hours just to pick up the phone and hang up on you. The laziest staff ever, then when you finally get an appointment they don’t answer any of your questions and send random medication you didn’t even ask for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. I am switching PCP as I write this!!
