He is approachable and friendly, and his knowledge of the city and surrounding areas helped us in our selection that was suitable to our likes and needs His responded quickly and followed through on any actions. To say Mark is an awesome Real Estate Agent would really be selling him short. We were very lucky to make contact with Mark regarding a property we saw online which he had listed, but it turned out that it was already bargained for. In that brief interaction with him, I knew he was the right agent to represent us and he took us on as clients immediately. We were in the market for our first investment property, and looking for something in Edmonton. The catch was however, we were buying from Newfoundland! Mark quickly set us up with a very effective listing finder and tailored the search to our desired property details and location. As properties of interest came in, Mark was very quick to jump on them for us, and served as our eyes and ears on the ground in Edmonton as we interacted virtually from NL. Where we were shopping sight unseen, it would have been quite easy for Mark to sell us on a few different properties, but his combination of experience, good character, and trustworthiness would not let us get wrapped up in mediocrity. He even gave basements the literal 'sniff test' and kept us away from those which failed! He got a quick sense for the areas where the properties were and efficiently relayed to us what the local vibe was like, and more importantly, when to avoid! The property we eventually settled on, and with Mark's stamp of approval, is an absolute diamond! Mark kept us out of harms way and we are beyond happy with the property we bought. On top of that, Mark was able to quickly put us in contact with a lawyer for closing, coordinated with our mortgage broker as needed, and all the while kept us calm and grounded when the offer was going in, and when the lender was being a stickler. Mark is an expert at what he does and a great human being on top. I would recommend him to anyone I know and also to anyone I don't! You can put your trust in Mark and he deserves as many clients as he can handle! Thanks again Mark, hopefully we will be in touch again before long to pursue our next property.
