Marrocco and Sons Stamped Concrete, Inc.

Marrocco and Sons have completed a full sidewalk replacement and an outside stairwell sure-up for me over the past 12 months. Both projects turned out great and were completed timely and professionally.

David is and awesome contractor to.work with. He has done a couple jobs for me. Shows up on time and leaves job clean. He communicated the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend using him.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER MESSAGE: Stop the lies! You know exactly who I am and that is the reason you texted me first thing this morning right after you read my review. Your text said you would come by today after 4 PM, which coincidentally is the time I said I was available to meet and annotated in my review. And of course you again don’t show up! LMAO! Don’t believe anything you’re telling me. Anyone from your office could’ve contacted me in the last two weeks to provide an update on the proposed meeting including you. I would’ve hoped that you used my review as a learning experience regarding your shortcomings in customer service. And if you haven’t figured it out yet, I do not want anything to do with you or your company as I have found a contractor who is actually reliable. BUT even more stunning and proof that you do know who I am is that as I write this rebuttal at 9:45 PM, you are texting me with THREATS, which I will post to warn potential future customers of what they’re dealing with… DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!! Called for an estimate relating to a stamped concrete patio project on a Tuesday. The next day David, assumably who is one of the sons of the owner called me and arranged to meet for an estimate on Friday between 1:15 PM and 1:45 PM. Friday came and went with David not showing up. Did not answer my phone call, did not return my phone call message, did not return my text message, all inquiring where he was at, and when I called the main office to inform them David was a no-show, the receptionist told me she would reach out to David and have him call me, which he never did. Never heard anything back from David or the company on Friday, which was very disappointing since he set the date and time to meet, and I took time off from work so that I could meet with him. The following Sunday, I got some lame text message from him that stated “I completely forgot about you” and that his phone was was just fixed to receive messages, even though the text I sent him inquiring where he was at showed that it was “read”. Not only did he not have the courtesy to call me direct and apologize for his incompetence, he instead sends a text that we could reschedule the following week. I told him that I had already taken off a half a day to meet with him and could not afford to do that again, so we could only meet at 4 PM or later during the week or on a weekend. Suffice to say I never heard back from David again. Obviously, David is lacking not only integrity, but clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service. Not understanding that customers have lives and work schedules just like anyone else and to completely ignore the fact that I took time off work to accommodate his preference on when to meet is pathetic and speaks volumes to his character and who he is as a person. To be so arrogant not to respond or call back is truly pathetic!! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste a minute of your time with this completely, incompetent, unprofessional and rude amateur company that does not comprehend the meaning of professional service!
