Toslyn was an excellent communicator and made the process of renting easy and efficient. I haven’t rented in years and this experience was so much better than 20 years ago! The house has been vacant for several months and they got it freshly cleaned upon move in, which was lovely. Rodney and Travis were able to come earlier than anticipated to take care of a few things that needed fixing on move in. We’ve been pleased with everything.

I lived at a Mars Hill property for about 4 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The property manager I worked with was Bree Holt and she was amazing! She was super communicative, flexible, and responsive. She was truly the best I could have asked for. If I ever move back to a Mars Hill property, I hope to have the same quality of service she provided.
