Melissa ReyesThey hire very unstable people as drivers, I was at a super market parking lot and the driver was honking non stop for an issue that had nothing to do with me, I was just a costumer doing my everyday shopping. He scared my 3 year old. That’s how unstable that man was behind the wheel.

When stepping outside to get out & look when parking at midnight I heard some bizarre animal like noises very close to me as if they were there with me by the curb almost on the last row next to the street. I’ve heard knocking on the side of the truck & no one is there. I hear light tapping noises when I am sleeping and even my sleeper dome lights did not want to turn on inside once for no reason which has never happened to me before. Honestly feel safer at a random truck stop. Can anything be done about this?
AnonymousVery controlling company, dispatch lacks communication drivers have to deal with poor unorganized load trip info and they expect you to wear a sleep mask if they suspect you to have sleep apnea lol or else. terminating a new hire (who is only two weeks in) for making a u turn is just heartless no warning or second chance it seemed very robotic. You got a few companies who are now trying to tell drivers how to drive/do their job taking the fun out of the industry and marten is def one of them companies can’t even accommodate a frigerator or microwave for your drivers but have all these rules lol unreal. the HR guy even admitted that I did my u turn perfectly and safely but still had to let Me go I didn’t appreciate being treated like that at all cause I was just trying to make my way as a young man. no matter how much you try to stay positive some people are always going to try to find faults but I guess the tight jean wearing folks from WI are watching how CA drivers do their thing so be careful if you from CA I felt the CA hater in his voice as he denies my second chance oh well moving forward
