If I could give this company a zero star I would. First the dispatcher that dispatches my partner is a joke. When my dad passed he made him do the run even thu he told him he need to be home. The equipment is garbage I can not tell you how many times he has called me and told me he is sitting on the side of the road cause the trailers are garbage and the trucks are to. The dispatcher has told my partner that he need to put me in my place when I call to ask who his boss is. Then he is alway dicking my partner around cause he text him to do a load and then before he can respond he always tells him he has it covered. This certain dispatcher needs to learn how to dispatch and learn his role again. As an owner of a trucking company I would never pull for this company nor let any of my drivers. Stay away from this company.

I am in my 8th year here at Mts. My dispatch crew always work with me to make sure, I’m taken care of, in the case of a breakdowns. Pay is above average for auto freight. Although our trucks are a couple years old, if you as a driver have things fixed it helps also. we have a great shop and techs, that always try and get you going, and dot compliant. You always hear people talking about the conditions of the vehicles. But if everyone would clean up after themselves they would be better.

I had a horrendous experience with Martin Transportation Systems Inc. due to the actions of one of their employees, Nicole. She engaged in unprofessional conduct by booking loads and dropping them off immediately, causing significant trouble for my business. This lack of integrity not only jeopardises their own reputation but also affects the credibility and relationships we've built with our customers. Unfortunately, when the matter was brought to their attention, there was no sincere effort to rectify the situation. I strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with this company, especially if Nicole is involved. Such behaviour is not only unbecoming of a reputable transportation service but also indicative of a severe lack of professionalism.
