Massage Crystal in Crofton is amazing! The place is very clean, smells great, and has such a relaxing vibe. Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage with Efren and he was fantastic his technique was excellent, and he checked in to make sure the pressure was right. I left feeling so much less stiff and completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back every month. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Massage Crystal in Crofton. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the therapist took the time to listen to what I was actually feeling instead of doing a generic routine. I left feeling relaxed but also genuinely relieved of back tension, something I hadn’t felt in a while. The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and scheduling was easy. I’ll definitely be returning.

My experience was a good one. First impression matters. The receptionist was welcoming and the environment was serene and peaceful which brought me some kind of calmness even before my session started. My technician was knowledgeable, gentle and very cautious. She kept checking in with me all through the session to make sure I was comfortable and the massage wasn't too hard. I was really impressed and tge massage was top notch. I slept like a baby during the session and when I got home as well. It was so refreshing. I highly recommend Massage Crystal and I look forward to coming back with friends 😊.

I went to Massage Crystal last night — on my birthday — around 8pm. At first, I was nervous, thinking it may not be safe. But, they have a sign on the wall saying no sexual advances happen there. My lady, Susan —- omg. She might’ve been the best part of my entire birthday. Not only was she sooooo nice to me but she truly did exactly what I put on the ipad they hand you when you first walk in. I asked for medium/hard and towards the upper part of my back. I work out a lot. This lady gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. About half way in, I already felt I got my money worth but every time I thought it was over, she’d go to the next part of the body. She covered every fiber of my body lololol I got a 60 minute back massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. I added medicated oil and hot stones. Due to my birthday — I got 20% off and only paid $100 for that. I tipped Susan $20 in cash. At first, I felt like I should secretely give her the cash tip in the room, in case they steal tips from their worker. But, as soon as the cashier saw I had a tip for her, she called Susan over and the cash went directly to her. Susan was so grateful and thankful. She even offered me water after the massage (before the tip). Even the ladies at the front desk were soooooo nice and they said “thank you for choosing us for your special day” and they said happy birthday to me. Overall, the customer service was JUST as good as the massage but the massage was amazinggggg. It was even the first thought on my mind as soon as I woke up the next day. How amazing that massage made my birthday. I actually plan to go at least once a month now and I may ask for Susan every time. She was truly amazinggggggg!!!!!
