I came in yesterday for a facial with Caitlin and had a wonderful experience. Jake at the front desk is so friendly and personable and started my visit out on a great note. Caitlin then provided an phenomenal facial. She is so professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed ever step of the way. I’m writing this the next day and my skin still feels amazing and looks so healthy. I look forward to coming back for my next facial with her!

Wanted a break from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. I found this place and I was excited at the price point and convenient location. Let me start by saying, Jordan was amazing! She was attentive to all my needs and appreciated the challenging areas I had. If I lived here I would come back to LuXe just because of her! Everything was clean and professional! Park in the adjacent garage and you get 2 hours of free parking!

Please do NOT go here. These people do not deserve your hard-earned money. I paid and made an appointment for a facial, but my flight got delayed due to inclement weather. I called several times (hours in advance) trying to re-schedule but they kept saying that even if they reschedule, I’ll still have to pay again (full price) for the new appointment. Of course I refused to do that so I ended up missing my appointment and they still charged my card full price. They’re dishonest. They’re selfish. They are inflexible and do NOT work with their customers. Imagine how foolish I felt commuting all the way from NY for their service. My friend ended up making it to her appointment & the massage was sub-par at best. Just awful all around. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
