The staff at Mast Overhead Doors were very easy to work with and made certain we were getting exactly what we wanted! Had some issues a couple days after installation and they were very responsive about getting issues rectified. Delivery was as stated, as was installation and the follow up repair! Highly recommend!

We had a very large overhead door that was damaged via a scaffolding accident and was left hanging in the air. Mast overhead doors was wonderful to work with. We contacted several companies, and even though they had not installed this particular door, they were by far the most responsive and helpful. April, the receptionist, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She continued to communicate to ensure we had a repair team scheduled to repair our problem as soon as possible. The team arrived at the time they had committed, quickly dealt with the issue, and communicated to us about what they had done. It was wonderful to receive true customer service!

Everything from help choosing our new garage door to the complete installation went so smooth and everyone was so helpful. The guys were so friendly and answered any questions I had while installing the new door it’s always great to work with a company when they act like they want to please their customers. Thanks Mast Overhead for a job well done. Oh by the way I absolutely love the door what an asset to the house so many compliments on it already.
