I recently took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment, and Rahul took the time to clearly explain the issue and show me the before fixing and after results. The charges were reasonable, and that the service gets recorded on Carfax. While I was waiting at the front desk, another person came in because his car wouldn’t start at home. Even though this shop doesn’t provide mobile service, Rahul patiently gave him several troubleshooting tips to try on his own and even offered to take a call if he needed guidance while doing it. I’ve dealt with many mechanics over the past 25 years, and it’s rare to find people who genuinely care and run their business with this much honesty and integrity. Highly recommend.
