Even went out of their way to research extended warranty companies by talking with their Portland locations. And significantly less expensive for a 911 PDK service than the dealership. I’ll continue bringing my cars here for the foreseeable future.

Christian and the staff at Matrix Integrated were incredibly helpful to me on a recent purchase of a Supercharged Land Rover Range Rover. I live in Southern California but was interested in a Range Rover for sale at a large car dealer in Bend, Oregon. I would never purchase a vehicle sight unseen without a PPI (pre purchase inspection). After searching ratings on multiple repair shops that deal with Land Rover I chose Matrix Integrated for their outstanding reviews. Christian was incredibly professional, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely helpful on multiple phone calls and emails throughout the purchase. Even though Matrix often worked with the car dealer that I purchased the Range Rover from, their report was detailed and honest and ultimately Matrix did some repairs. I found this beautiful 2006 BMW M5 V10 that Matrix Integrated Bend had worked on previously. I spoke with Christian over the phone and explained I’m in Alaska and what my intentions were with the car. They did a thorough inspection on the car and went over those notes in detail over the phone which allowed me to make an informed decision on this purchase. Christian even took photos of the car up close to show some of the deeper scratches in the paint so there were no surprises. I also had them complete a long list of preventative maintenance items while they had the car. I have about 45 e-mails between Christian and I. The level of service that I received was the best I’ve ever had. There was a lot that went into making sure the car was ready as I was flying down and driving it back to Seattle. The entire transaction was flawless, they had the car waiting for me out front with the title the owner dropped off and spare key. This is my 4th BMW and It’s too bad I’m 2000 miles away or Matrix Integrated would be the only shop that I take my car to. Thank you Christian and your team! I love my new car and I appreciate everything that you all did!
