Been to these guys twice now, once to have our tyres changed & also for a full service + MOT. I called them in a panic needing to get my tyres changed urgently, they fit me in so quickly & made a very stressful situation easy & straightforward. Our second yearly service with Matrix on my wife's Fiesta and this time a full service was carried out. I have to say that we are delighted with the care, attention and advice given to issues found on initial inspection. We also had good advisory help with future requirements that can be monitored until the next service.
