Matt was very eager to help. He stayed in contact throughout the process and answered any and all questions we had quickly and honestly. I felt he was fair, honest, and not at all pushy. The market in Grande Prairie seems to be incredibly fast moving and he navigated it easily for us. Plus we got a nice welcome basket to top off the purchase!
