The course was well-structured and the mock tests were really helpful and up to date, which made a big difference in preparing for the exam. I passed on my first attempt! One small suggestion would be to refresh some of the course material to match the updated style of the mock exams, as that would make the learning experience even stronger. I had a great experience completing the Fundamentals of Real Estate course! The material was clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. I would like to thank Simrenpreet. She helped me fix the issue which three other agents didn't even listen to me and did not understand how depressing it was for me to be unemployed sitting at home for 6 weeks just because of a small mistake that WES made and all other agents at RECA did not even listen to me even when I resolved the issue what RECA told me to do . Simrenpreet gave me the opportunity to explain myself and offer a solution so I can start my studies as I have been emailing back and forth for more than ,6 weeks. RECA I must say Simrenpreet is your best employee you ever hired . I would personally like to come and thank her once I finish my course online and become a real estate agent . The most beautiful thing she said was that she loves her job and it does shows from the efforts she took to help me as a human being . Thank you once again Simrenpreet. I have called multiple times and each time I did I hoped for someone helpful. unfortunately this agency have proved themselves to not care about providing any help or service. They took $350 and extra for all the documents they required and abandoned my application until a month later, I called to follow up and they told me they didn't receive some documents because they didn't do their due diligence to access the link to the document at the provided time period. However now they are asking me to re-order the documents and pay for them and they don't provide any refunds for me
