I ordered a mattress online which went very smoothly but I didn't really check the dimensions. I simply ordered a Queen size. It was delivered promptly and efficiently. It was then that I realized the depth of the product. It was far deeper than I expected and I needed a step-stool just to climb into bed. So I contacted the store and when explaining my dilemma it was suggested that I exchange my box-spring for one with a shallower depth of two inches. I didn't think such a box-spring existed. Anyway, I went for it. It was delivered about an hour ago (in snow and terrible driving conditions) and it has solved my problem. The delivery guys were excellent and everything went very smoothly. Thank you Mattress Mart!

After two weeks of educating ourselves about mattress options and features, we discovered that some retailers have exclusive rights to sell some of the highly marketed mattresses at extremely high prices. Thankfully, we were able to walk into Mattress Mart, in Kingston, and transact a deal for two twin XL mattresses and platform bed frames. Our salesman was well informed, made sure we tried a floor model of the two different mattresses we chose and transacted our deal quickly and efficiently. On the day of delivery, we received text updates as to when to expect our delivery. We also received a phone call just as the delivery men where leaving the call before our stop. They were very careful with the delivery and were able to cart away our king size mattress without mishap. After two long weeks of frustration in trying to find the right mattresses at the right prices, Mattress Mart made the transaction fast, friendly and seamless. Excellent service experience with Mattress Mart. We bought two twin beds on a Monday to accommodate the needs of my elderly parents. The beds were to be delivered Wednesday. Unfortunately, my father became very ill on the Tuesday of the same week and would not be making it home. The delivery folks were understanding and very helpful setting up one bed and returning to the warehouse with the 2nd bed. We were offered sincere condolences and a full refund for the 2nd bed. Huge appreciations to the team for making this difficult time a little easier to navigate.
