Max&Co. Coiffure - Place Montreal Trust

I came in for the first time yesterday - on a recommendation - and saw Max for a haircut, and he was fantastic! He took his time to evaluate my hair, completely understand what I liked, disliked, and cut skillfully and conservatively, reassuring me we can change anything and go shorter anytime I want. The result was a shape perfect for my bone structure, a nice change from what I had, movement, renewed hair health, and without losing a lot of length ultimately. He’s earned my trust, and I can’t wait to go back to see him for my colour this spring!

Worst customer service. I came in for advice on shampoo and hair products, and left with a conditioner that the girl sold me instead of a shampoo, and another hair growth product. The bottle are identical beside where it says shampoo and conditioner so i didn’t realize until the product was in my hair, not foaming. When i called them to say they had sold me a conditioner instead of a shampoo, they said they couldn’t do anything. All they care about is selling you stuff so be careful what you buy there. They don’t care about their clients at all. They chose to lose a faithful customer for the price a one shampoo bottle. Not to mention when i read the instructions on how to use the other hair growth product, it said something completely different then how the girl had advised me to use it. As if she had no idea what she was talking about. Very disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my hairdresser for coloring and cutting my hair. Even months later, my hair color is still amazing, and everyone loves it. I send kisses from afar to her artistic hands 😘😘. I definitely recommend choosing this talented lady if you care about the beauty of your hair.
