Shafin and Aseem are the best. They were very professional with their approach in closing the deal. When we listed the house in the winter time, were very nervous whether we can make it. Shafin told us December is his favorite month to sell. We were doubting whether we can do it in December. But he did it. On the other hand Aseem too went above and beyond helping us. Kudos to both professionals.

Janice Kosak, a realtor with Maxwell Challenge Realty is extremely unprofessional, rude, and does not honour the contracts she writes. We purchased a home that she had listed. The sellers did not leave items written in our contract. She told our realtor that they would not be returning the items, nor compensating us for them. When our realtor contacted her again, she said her clients would mail the items. We have had possession of the home for 3 months and have still not received the items. I would not recommend buying or selling a home with Janice Kosak.

I wish there was a way to write this directly for realtor Carrine Kowalchuk, but this review is for her as she works at this location. I have no relations with the company as a whole, nor have I ever been to this location during business hours. Carrine is an amazingly kind realtor and takes pride in her practice. She spent at least a year with me trying to find a builder who would take on our project, before eventually finding a pre-owned home which she helped us purchase without any issues. You can tell that she cares about the people she works with and is also genuinely interested in getting to know you as a person, not just in it for the money. She already has tons of experience and doesn't need this review to boost business, but she deserves my time to write this review and I look forward to working with her again as well as hopefully being one of her friends!

I would not recommend buying selling home using David L. We have used him to sell and buy and although the sell went okay, he had neglected they buying process after he got paid.
