After an offer was accepted, and deposit placed, Wally was non responsive for 2 weeks and then after not willing to provide proof to the rents advertised, leases or any finacials. He calls you brother and says is the working for your best interest but after hearing for the third time there is another investor interested if we are not, just turned us off. Dirty underhanded business tactics. He is a vulture that is hunting its prey. Watch out for him and do not waste your time!

I want to thank Alex Ward for being kind, patient and a team member always looking for connections. While having a 1-2-1 with Alex he identified a referral for me that was a long shot and would take a significant amount of work for us to pull off. While Alex didn’t sell me a house or sign me up as a real estate agent, he showed his amazing interpersonal skills and willingness to help. I can't say enough good things about Alex Ward and would recommend a meeting with him to any realtor looking for a change in brokerage.
