I never review businesses but I had such a terrible experience here and I saw the other reviews were all positive so I felt I had to speak up. Went to their store and their customer service was rude, slow and completely distracted to the point where the guy I was speaking to ordered and received delivery during our conversation. Mind you I was asking for a quote for only five pieces of equipment! The equipment they could not find they were supposed to email me but I never received any follow up. The quotes they did give me were no better than similar suppliers. I can't figure out why they are so well reviewed-they do not seem to treat their customers with any respect at all.
Great assortment of pizza supplies and really and other restaurant supplies you'd need, and super friendly staff. This was the only place I could find a neapolitan pizza turner.
Great guys who work here, totally reasonable prices. My first stop for restaurant/kitchen supplies every time.
