Awesome EarthmoversI ordered and paid for £4000 worth of tiles and bathroom suite and was not told that it would not be delivered any further than my hallway. This completely blocking my hallway until I moved it myself. Do the common courtesy of making a customer aware of that so they are able to have help there to move the sizeable amount of materials, don’t put it in terms and conditions small print and expect a customer to be aware. When dealing with other business I have been made fully aware and be offered a surcharge for beyond doorstep delivery. On enquiring I was told I was privileged to have it put in the hallway and not in pallets in my driveway. Also measured up wrong for tiles and didn’t account for entire shower area. Floor tiles were measured up short as well not accounting for any waste. So just to update after the above my order was delivered short two boxes of tiles and when attempting to pick up the two boxes I was told point blank I had signed for 18 and I was not getting the other two boxes I had paid for. No attempt or offer was made to check stock inventory mistakes or if the two boxes were still in the warehouse. The two boxes suddenly appeared in the warehouse when mentioning that my doorbell camera showed the delivery of only 16 boxes of tiles. I was going to delete this review until the below reply was received making accusations that I had behaved in an aggressive manner towards staff. A complaint is not aggression, it’s a chance for a business to learn. Make a customer aware they will not have help with heavy items beyond the doorstep. Put in place insurance and a surcharge for upstairs delivery of items which mostly go upstairs. I do not make complaints lightly with the vast majority of my Google reviews being positive.

Pauline FinlayI've been looking for a complete bathroom change since Feb/March 2924. I came into your showroom August 2024. Fergal showed me around and took note of my small bathroom. He was a complete gent to say the least. I do remember changing my mind on a few items, but Fergal didn't mind at all, only going back and choosing my first choice! I ordered everything in October and delivered with care in February. I can't thank Fergal enough for his time and patience with me. As asked, pictures will follow as my due date came and went due the the storm earlier this year! I can now say that it's a working bathroom. Thank you Fergal and the delivery guys.
