I recently visited Integro Massage & Wellness for a regular full-body massage with an RMT. The location is nice, clean, and well-maintained. I really liked the calming ambience and the thoughtful decor—it created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. However, I was not satisfied with the massage service itself. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations or provide the level of relief and relaxation I was hoping for. As it was my first time trying this place, I was looking forward to a better experience, but I left feeling quite disappointed. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future clients.

I have been seeing Amanda for the past few months and she has helped with my pain issues. She takes the time to find out about the pain, does it radiate, is it sharp etc. Every appointment she checks in to see how you are feeling, what areas are bothering you. I love coming here and being treated with respect and dignity. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is modern, calm, and clean, and the staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, and CARE about their clients. They really listen and take heart to what you are saying before treatment, and check in during treatment to make sure they are meeting your needs. You can feel the positively calming, grounding energy they are putting out during treatment. What a wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend (and already have) to a friend! Thank you, Integro!

Went for my first massage here and the RMT was Amanda. She was excellent. She took a detailed health history , made note of area that were of concern and explained the approach and area she would be focusing treatment on. After the massage she reviewed areas worked on and what can be done at home to address discomfort to areas . The booking system online and in person is fast and efficient. The location has ample free parking. The office itself is calm , quiet and relaxing. Already made my return appointment.
