I took a gamble on Proven Roof. I rarely pay a deposit to a contractor before a job, and Proven requires a 30% deposit. I was persuaded by the large number of positive reviews on Google. I have to admit that that I considered the deposit to be a gamble. I texted Adrian, who wrote the estimate, and said: "Please don't disappoint me. It's rare that I will choose a contractor who requires a prepayment." Adrian replied: "We won't let you down." And they didn't let me down. The roof was scheduled within a week from when Proven got the building permit (OK, my town was a little slow in that department). Proven's crew showed up and worked steadily until well after dark. They weren't quite able to finish the job that day, but one man came the next day to finish the little bit remaining to do on the garage. The roof looks good, and the cleanup was very thorough. Proven Roof did NOT disappoint me. Highly recommended!

What an amazing team! I have never had such a great experience working with construction/contractors. Adrian, Cynthia, and the whole team are incredibly reliable and do amazing work. Adrian showed up exactly when he said he would. The roof was done in a day and it looks fantastic. I cannot recommend Proven Roofing & Construction enough!

I called Proven Roofing to inspect and repair as needed the roof of my brother’s house in Chicago. They sent an employee the following day to inspect the roof and sent us pictures of the areas that needed repairs and their charge for doing the job. Since it’s winter in Chicago they waited until the weather was warmer and did the job within two weeks. My brother is very happy with their timely response to this issue and the job performed on his house.
