This is the second time I’ve brought my vans here for work, and I’ve really noticed a difference compared to other garages. The staff are very welcoming and polite, and they even offered to make me a drink, which made me feel really comfortable. Both times I’ve been, every member of staff I passed said hello and smiled, which is a really nice touch. Thank you to the team for making the experience so pleasant!

Issues with car recently brought , issues with warranty ( like me leaving service in glove box when they wanted it ) Harriet has been amazing helping getting things sorted and deal with me and keeping me updated . John has been super helpful also. Given a curtesy car which was life saving as drive for work

Went in to get my rear tires changed had a personal matter I needed to attend so was in a hurry explained to the staff within 20 mins was good to go so big thank you to the staff really polite and accommodating definitely recommend will be using a lot more in the future
