I have been going to Mountain View Family Medicine located on The Parkway in Greer, South Carolina, for almost ten years now as a regular patient. My primary care physician, Dr. Saindon, along with his nurse, April, are truly a phenomenal and highly dedicated team! They are both very warm, welcoming and superbly trained in their respective fields of medicine. Every time I have had an appointment, it seems to run like clockwork without any extensive wait times and they both are great listeners and problem solvers. I would also like to mention Nellie who schedules appointments, checks patients in for their appointments, and other various duties. Nellie is so helpful and pleasant each and every time I interact with her. Her willingness to help is truly amazing as well as appreciated! I really appreciate this wonderful practice and I have the utmost confidence and trust with the professionals who practice medicine at Mountain View Family Medicine. Thank you so much for making me feel like a valued and very well cared for patient!

Came in today for a sick appointment ( which they were able to fit me in last minute) . I've been going here for over a year. One of the best practices I've been to. The office manager, sunny, has made me feel welcome and very helpful from my first visit. To be honest all the front office staff has been amazing. Kimberly, condilee, nelly,and Tammy are amazing. I've seen multiple doctors at this practice and they've all been awesome.

Been going here for years. They have a new front desk worker (Kim) who is so personable and friendly! It was refreshing checking in with someone that has such a fun, positive but also professional attitude. Appointment directions are very clear and noted. Show up 15-20 minutes PRIOR to your appointment time and bring all updated insurance cards with you. This should be common sense, obviously. But I'm glad they mention it for those that are lacking in that area. Wait times vary but that is to be expected, especially during peak flu season. Duh..... My wait times have never been excessively long though. All around great doctor's office with an exceptional new front desk worker! A+

Promise Runion

The practice deleted my last review! Discharged me from their practice because I told the front desk staff that they should’ve told me I need my insurance card since I spoke to them 3 times in the last month about this appointment and most insurance company’s no longer send hard copies unless you request it. I missed work arranged alternate school drop for my 4 children to make this appointment half way across town. And it was all to be told they couldn’t see me when they failed to relay me the proper information?!! And I’m not a new patient?! The office manager introduced her self and said her and Dr Brunson agreed to discharge me. Mind you I was upset but did make a scene, just voiced my concern. Would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unconsidered of peoples time and lack of accountability
