Not a fan of their return policy. Bought a dress but was thinking might have to get it tailored so was left inside the store for a couple hours during which I found a different one to buy. Despite it never leaving the store and having only purchased it a couple hours ago we were only allowed a gift card return which to be fair is in line with their policy but I personally disagree with it considering the circumstances.

The store was very neat. Clothes were nicely displayed. Karen was beyond helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. I had a birthday email offering me 20% off and there was an issue finding me in the computer. Again it was not problem. I walked out of there with some lovely clothes at the 20% off and felt I had the best in store shopping experience I have had anywhere for a long time.

Karen at the Midtown Plaza Saskatoon store is amazing. Friendly, professional and most importantly not pushy. Really helpful putting a black tie outfit together. Thank you for offering clothing designed to fit and flatter real women’s bodies.

I came in without any idea of what I was looking for other than something gold. Paige was kind from the start and never felt pushy which l appreciate, nothing worse than a pushy salesperson! She asked me a couple questions and then she started showing me some options! I really did not give her much to work with as like I said I had no idea what I was looking for but she was able to give me 5 options that all looked stunning and in the end I found something so perfectly me but is also something I would have never gone and pulled off the shelf myself! She styled it with jewelry and a belt to give me the full feel of the outfit and I am so happy with it! Thank you Paige!!
