TJ, Matt, and his team recently helped us sell our home, and we could not be happier with the result! We weren't particularly experienced when it comes to buying or selling property, but they made the process very transparent for us, expertly answering our many, many questions throughout the process. In the end, we got everything we were asking for, and I don't think it would have ended up that way, if not for TJ and his team. TJ helped me and my partner buy and sell our house. We were lucky to buy our house in November 2020 when the market was hot. Although the price was 200k higher than the BC assessment, he helped us beat all other buyers to get that good price. In October 2024, we decided to sell our house. It was during the cold market period from October 2024 to March 2025. After 6 months of joint efforts, we spent money to repair nearly 90% of the house, paint the walls, repair various minor defects, update the heat pump/AC system, buy a new dishwasher and balcony door. Finally, we waited for a buyer who bought our house at a price that matched the BC assessment.
