My dog came home with scratches on his nose, one quite deep and others smaller, when I spoke to the female person asking how those injuries happened, I was told that he hit himself against the cage!!!! This person became very defensive and loud when I asked for details. Very disappointed with the service. Safe to say that my doggies will not be returning. Thank you for your reply.... When I was contacted and told that my dog was cut and bleeding, that same person also told me not to worry that although the scratch was bleeding and deep, my dog didn't require any stitches!!! When I collect him, he didn't want to come out of the cage, when he did he literally went into another one that was open. But I like I was told I know nothing about dogs.

I would like to give a big thumps up for Mera Grooming Parlour in Hennopspark. They really do treat my fur baby like their own. My Maltese Poodle is always happy when I fetch her. All the animals that were being fetched while I paid looked happy. There is also lots of other nice goodies like food, snacks even beds. Plenty of convenient parking but they also collect and deliver.

Absolutely Awesome. Always assisted with an available date and time. They do an amazing job with my doggie with the perfect haircut every time. Owners are extremely friendly and take good care of my dog. Would recommend 10/10

Wonderfully. I was assisted after hours and a easy way of making appointments are used. I was calmed because of my concern about my baby and all arrangements were done excellently. The dogs look & smell beautifully and are happy and content and so are the mommy. Thank you! Much appreciated
