My furbabies looks absolutely amazing. They were stunningly groomed and beautifully shaved, without having those shaving stripe marks. Their nails were trimmed nice and short, and not with a blunt clipper where some of the nails looks chipped. Their paws, faces and tails were trimmed to perfection. Their inside of thier ears were thoroughly cleaned. I am truely impressed with their services.

1ste service i received was Great. Friendly people. Assisted with excellent understanding of what i wanted. When i took my furries there last year December 2024 , loaded them off 12 O’Clock at 17:00 we went to pick them up after not hearing anything when we arrived they did not even start with them. So my babies was in a grooming cage from 12:00 untill 17:00 . Then last week i asked if they could assist me they said Yesterday- Monday at 11:00 then they moved it to Tuesday 11:30 then a received a message confirming the time. Then at 13:30 I asked them if they are still coming and to surprise they moved the appointment again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Paws and All's grooming service has gone backwards and the grooming staff can't even follow a clear instruction. 10 months ago, (31 Oct 2022) we made use of this this grooming mobile service who destroyed our Toy-pom's double coat and burnt her skin with their clippers and damaged her hair follicles. 10 months later and our Toy-pom's coat still has not grown back! They ask you to specify how to groom your dog on their website when you schedule an appointment, only for their mobile team to arrive do the exact opposite, and can't even follow a clear instruction on how to groom your dog after telling them physically when they arrive and what you specified on their website!! Have a look at what our Miniature Toy-Pom's coat still looks like today!! Don't make use of their services!!!
