If I could give zero stars, I would. I sold my car to a dealership, and they promptly paid off the outstanding finance. However, this company is refusing to acknowledge the payment, even though the funds have been sitting in their account for nearly a week. Every representative I’ve spoken to has given me conflicting information about what’s needed to confirm the payment, making the entire process incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Google needs to allow zero stars as an option on these reviews!

Absolute shambles! Spoke to a lady who put the phone down on the motor dealer as she did not want to say she recieved the payment. She also would not discuss with me why they have taken payment from us too! Over £8883!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Fair enough not to speak to me but also cant confirm if they have recieved payment from the car dealership who paid £8883. Beware of these people!!! Absolutely rude

The worst Finance company that I have ever dealt with. Nicola Gray is nothing but a liar and a fraud and caused me months of inconvenience, stress and anxiety. As others have said, systematically programmed to say no but will gaslight you into believing that they are impartial, and then manipulate the facts to suit the business interests rather than the customer. Correspondence is ignored, concerns are disregarded and will never speak directly with you, failed promises of call-backs, emails, letters. I could say so much more but I will never touch another Mercedes again in part due to this company.

Horrific to deal with. Have a business lease which having been to the Ombudsman as per Mercedes process, am told they can't help because the agreement is unregulated. Complaint was 14 weeks old before they rejected the complaint. Eqe350 with phantom braking issues. Repaired more than once and won't let me cancel my lease with the car unsafe to drive. Now seeking legal action.... whilst the car is being repaired again. Use at your own risk
