What an amazing, compassionate and efficient company. Lirian is an absolute God send, he explained the whole process in great detail and next steps. In addition the heart warming approach he provided made me feel comfortable given the situation. I will most certainly use this company again if the need arises.

The company is extremely professional in its study, diagnosis, communication, application and execution. I am very happy to recommend them. I can’t speak highly enough of my point of contact Lirian who was very thorough as well as highly efficient in all his undertakings. His communication skills are excellent and he follows through on everything he suggests (a rare commodity these days). Through his efforts he made a very stressful experience manageable and produced the sought-after solution (which was not straight forward). Also the company’s charges are reasonable for the quality of service offered. So hence why this review is so positive across the board. Lirian also adds that personal touch which helps underpin and move the whole process forward.

Lirian and his team have honestly been so helpful, patient and kind. Harry and Perry came initially to identify the issue and started the removal process which was very effective, and Lirian came to install prevention devices as well as assisting a CCTV drainage survey. The team went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue for which our family are very grateful!
