I love Aritzia, but the Rideau Centre location is seriously the worst. Every time I go in, the staff act like they’re too good to talk to anyone. The attitude is unreal — especially from some of the white girls working there. They look you up and down like you don’t belong. If you’re not walking in wearing Aritzia or designer brands, they basically ignore you. But the second someone in expensive clothes walks in, suddenly they’re all smiles and “Can I help you?” It’s honestly embarrassing for a brand like Aritzia to have workers acting like that. I’m done shopping at this location. If you want staff who actually treat you like a human being, go to the Bayshore Aritzia — they’re friendly, helpful, and don’t judge you based on your outfit. Rideau needs to do better.
