Abysmal service. Our YEG airport hotel shuttle "driver" barely spoke English, didn't call out hotels on his route, and forgot our stop entirely so it took 45 minutes to get to our hotel. The shuttle bus had exactly this "Metro Airport Taxi/Shuttle"' logo, even same phone number inside. Please "do the needful" to improve your customer service!

Thankfully I had a very short commute in car 239 this morning, oh my god the strong smell of it hoping was garlic?? I honestly couldn’t breath o had to hold my shirt to my nose and slow my breathing. I tried breathing from my mouth but im I could taste the smell.. windows locked I didn’t want to say anything because I feel it’s there culture because they all small similar 🤢 sorry!! But never again

Charged me $80 for a 25 min drive from the airport post and dispatch was hard to understand or I would have asked price before hand. Save money and get the uber.
