I’ve been a member of Metro Fitness for a few months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The gym has great equipment, a super clean environment, and a great variety of machines and free weights. All the staff are super sweet and friendly. I trained with Paige for 4 months and she’s the best!! So if you’re looking for a trainer I highly recommend her!! It’s a welcoming place with a supportive community, and I always feel welcomed and never judged. Highly recommend Metro KC Fitness!

Best gym in kc for a great price. As a physical therapist I appreciate how functional and high quality the trainers workouts are. The vibe of the gym is great and everyone is friendly and considerate. I’ve been a member here for 4 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in KC! The other locations are fun to go to but this is by far my favorite!

I started coming to Metro a little over a year and a half ago, the staff was super friendly from the jump which helped me open up and get past my gym anxiety. Shortly after I signed up to train with Shane and have lost over 60 pounds in just over a year. Love the atmosphere here and bring all my friends!!
