Horrible experience, calling farrow is like being stuck in a maze. Nobody will ever be able to help you, only transfer you to someone else who is going to tell you everything is fine while it's not. You are much better using Cole or Axxess as a custom broker.

If I could, I would have rated them in NEGATIVE 5 star. Haven't seen any worst customs broker other than Russell A Farrow. Dealing with them since 2003 and they haven't changed even 1%. Always have to wait at the border for hours and hours and sometimes days. Hey farrow team, if you guys can't handle your business properly, shut it down and go home. Why you guys make every drivers life miserable! Have so many phone numbers just not to pick them up when called?

This is my first ever review , I have a lot of patience. But farrow Is the worst customs broker I ever used. Sent them paperwork 24 hours in advance and still driver waited at the border for 30 hours. All they can say when you call for update that they will expedite and inform the team immediately. I used to clear these loads with some other customs broker and it was easy and fast clearance within 2 hours. I am not saying farrow is bad , these employees getting paid for working from home do not want to work, farrow should look into this other wise their repo will be zero very soon.

Worst custom broker. Waiting at Border from last 14 hours and they are saying we cannot do anything you can talk to Canada Customs. If we need to talk to them then what you guys doing Shut your brokerage and go home. Stop wasting others times
