He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect home. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Michael’s knowledge, patience, and quick communication. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported every step of the way. I really was treated like family and he went well beyond the typical “realtor tasks” to make sure I was confident that I was getting the right home for me and my children. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really had to for Michael. After everything we’d been through trying to buy a house, he was truly a breath of fresh air. He was SO patient with us through every twist and turn, always giving honest opinions and advice — never just telling us what we wanted to hear. Michael worked harder than I could have ever imagined an agent would. He helped us secure a huge price difference on our dream home, even got money off during inspections, and made sure we were protected and informed every step of the way. His knowledge of EVERYTHING — constantly amazed us and was just so helpful. He also has so many helpful resources. More than that, he treated us like family. I genuinely felt like he was my brother looking out for us, and that kind of trust is rare to find these days. Like I said, I’m truly not just saying all of this for kicks, Michael went above and beyond, and we’re forever grateful. I don’t know any other agent who would have worked as hard, been so patient or cared as much as he did! We are so happy to have our dream home because of him.
