Michigan Door

I called today to ask about having some work done on one of my garage doors. When asking about timing to get the work done, I was delighted to hear “we can have someone out today, in about an hour.” Great service to be sure! Their tech Michael called me within a few minutes to get a better understanding of what I needed done and was then on his way. Upon arrival, Michael assessed the situation, offered a couple of options and once we agreed to an approach, he got right to it. He was polite, professional, and efficient with his time. I’d be happy to work with this group again.

I broke my garage door at 8:30 pm on Monday. I called 8 am Tuesday morning and they came and had it all fixed and tuned up by 10:30 am. They were responsive, had fair prices, and a friendly team that took care of what we needed. Strongly recommend.

Great service, from the phone call to schedule service to completed repair. Michigan Door provides safety measures - sending a picture of the person who will be coming to your door. The service representative was helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the charges. Highly recommend and would call them again, if needed.
