Staff was extremely knowledgeable and curtisest. They were concerned, kept me aware of my progress, and of all future treatment. They made the journey back to good health less stressful and more pleasurable. A great place with great people.

I have been a patient at this practice several times. It is a very friendly, caring group of people with your best interests in mind. They keep you busy in therapy from the minute you arrive until your session is over. Thank you, Denise, for all that you do to speed me along in my healing.

A very disappointing experience. My son came home sick on the day of the therapy, so I called in sick in the morning. We got charged from this clinic stating “no show”. When I inquired about the charge, they said it’s the policy that “regardless of the reason, you will be charged for a same day cancellation.” I was shocked when he said, “same day cancellations fees are standard practice for most facilities”. My son has gone to a lot of clinics, and this was the first time getting charged for canceling the session on the same day due to illness. Unless your kids give you advanced notice of illness (hah), you have to do a same day cancellation. Clinics have to understand we can’t plan kids sickness, and it’s an extremely unrealistic policy to charge for those missed sessions. On the other hand, the therapist cancelled our sessions for personal reasons at the last minute without any compensation. Their reception service is also not good. I’ve made season long appointments with one of the receptionists, and it was “forgotten“ by the staff. I would give a zero star rating but we found one therapist there that we loved. I am not surprised that she is leaving for a different clinic.

My daughter Harleey sees Ms. Jeanne for speech therapy and she loves her to death!! She is the best teacher I’ve ever met. I love bringing my baby to speech therapy. She even loves the front desk staff when my baby walks through the doors she just waving at everyone filled with so much joy the staff and ms Jeanne are phenomenal i love everyone here with all my heart. If your child needs a speech therapist please bring them here your experience will be more than wonderful. Ms Jeanne has not only taught my 2 year old to say words but she has taught her beautiful social and communication skills my daughter has flourished here. Also the rooms are so big and nice and the building is very clean
