Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dry Ridge

The room was nice for the price and the lady at the desk was a sweetheart. The only problem we had was the housekeeping. The jacuzzi was obviously not cleaned for quite some time, as it had lots of soap scum and beside the bed on the floor was either toe nails or thick skin clippings so the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was supposed to be a king but looked more like a queen to us (we didn't care about that). Good location, smelled nice, friendly staff, etc. Just need to pay closer attention to housekeeping.

Everyone at the hotel were kind and the room was spacious enough for three kids and two adults. My only complaint was the breakfast which was pretty much yogurt apples cereal and waffles. I could have used a boiled egg or something healthier. The pool is very small but worked fine for us as we were the only family using it. The hotel was very convenient to Mammoth Cave.

My blanket had dried blood on it and could tell it was fresh and hadnt been washed yet. There was a tooth pik flosser in corner by nightstand on the floor, two pillow cases smelled like perfume( not from me) my shampoo was basically empty. It had about two uses left. The women in the coffee room was amazing though (short hispanic women) she was very kind and helpful to get me needed toiletries etc to replenish my room. Also would be nice if the workout room had dumbbells.
