This motel is very clean, the owners are straightforward , quick to solve an issue. Friendly man. Ran into a small issue with getting deposit back at check out so make sure you keep your paperwork from checking in. Solution was quickly made for both parties satisfaction. I would recommend this motel off the cleanliness of the room, the decor was nice, bedding and towels were freshly made. The breakfast was just the right amount of a selection.. I'm satisfied with my stay and price of room. I will return one day. Thanks for the experience and I also recommended this place to a friend sheena

I knew I love my stay here because the the customer service was welcoming and Kat was so sweet and nice. Handled checking me in with a smile and joyful conversation. The rooms and house keeping does a fantastic job with cleaning and maintaining the rooms. And I was pleased there weren't no bugs at all. I loved my stay here and will be back soon thank you days inn for making my stay warm and cozy

Warning - Do not stay here. After landing, I arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. When pulling up, two hotel staff were smoking with a random person in front of the lobby. When I told them I wanted to check in, they made me check in from outside the hotel through a bullet proof window. As this is happening, the person they were smoking with was trying to get my attention, but I was trying to ignore him because I assumed he was looking for money. That person then approached me, looked me up and down, and continuously kept asking me if he could come into my room to charge his phone. Despite me being harassed by this person, hotel staff still refused to open the lobby door so I could check in inside like a normal human being. After completing check in, the person followed me for about 20 yards continuously asking to get in my room and for money for an Uber. He finally gave up. Once I got into my room, I was smacked in the face with the smell of burnt cigarettes. My bed and one chair had cigarette ash all over it. The hotel has thin windows and is on the highway, so there is the constant sound of cars and trucks. Before even sitting down, I cancelled my reservation and booked another hotel. Despite checking out early and explaining to hotel what happened and not feeling safe, they still have not had the decency to return my money for the two nights I did not stay there or even reply. Don’t make the mistake I made and book without reading reviews. The place is dangerous, disgusting, and clearly, staff doesn’t care. Note that this the first time I ever had to write a bad review for anything because I typically do not care enough to waste time writing stuff like this out, but this was an horrendous experience that others should know about before booking.

Yes, this is the third time I have stayed at this particular Wyndham property "DayInn Louisville Airport". I have to say that the staff was friendly as usual, the room were good and comfy beds. Another thing that was good about this property was the breakfast and fresh coffee. I definitely would recommend if you are coming to Louisville for anything to stay here, because for the money, you just can't beat it for what you get. Not to mention it's close to everything and downtown Louisville is close as well. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Louisville.
