Our tech, William responded to the call under two hours and was very professional and knowledgeable. William stayed with the backup until completely clear and remained for a few minutes while flushing and running water to insure we would not have any further issues. Great job. Quick response time. He was thorough and explained the issue with our bathroom in full. And even offered to fix an additional issue when that also came up free of charge. For me, as a woman having a plumber come to the house is nerve wrecking but honestly he did a good job. Shower & sink are good to go but unfortunately my toilet was too far gone. He offered to come back and install a new one when the time came! Thank you so much!
