Personally I would give ZERO stars. I’ve been chasing these brokers for an entire month trying to get some info and pricing on some available retail Space and I’m getting no where with them. Personally as the client, I should not be chasing for some simple information. I’ve been dealing with Faith Fruciano and she’s the most unprofessional broker I’ve ever had to deal with. Her communication skills are 0/100 and sets up meeting times and doesn’t answer our scheduled call that she set up! The other broker on the listing Gabe Schuchman is just as bad, have left voicemails and emails and haven’t heard anything back. An ENTIRE month I’ve been chasing them. Unbelievable. Unprofessional.

Add this one to the other negative reviews......... Trying to get pricing and information on a local building. I reached out via phone and email for several weeks. I was then greeted with a short snippy email stating the owner only wanted to deal with users who have 3+ locations. I was never in contact with anyone with the company so I've not sure how they know I don't meet the qualifications?

Highly unprofessional with no response until the email was written to next level of management. After that, agent showed up on the property and no follow ups or status update at all. I provided another recommendation on the properties in the area we were interested but no response or follow up. We were told that the land lord had another offer on the table, however it is almost 3 months now, and the property is still vacant with no tenants. Horrible experience. Not recommended to the public.
